Finally!

やっとです！

After a few days of trial and error, I finally wired my extra macs and hard drives to a remote vnc network.

Why?  Convenience of course!

I can control my extra macs, PC’s and hard drives remotely from my work or anywhere in the world really. It’s basically my own personal server network. Pretty exciting stuff for me. Now I have this network, my own FTP based server and other goodies for all around portability and data access.

何日間も自分でいろいろ勉強し、余っていたMACとハードドライブをVNCネットワークに繋げられました！

良く分からない？

簡単に言うとネットさえ繋がっていれば世界のどこからでも家のパソコンがコントロールできるんだ。会社からでも海外からでも同じ！

便利、便利、便利！

だってファイルを全部持ち歩かなくてもいいし、家のMACのカメラを使えば家の映像も外から確認できるんだ。

外出中に犬の様子が見れるってこと！

I also hooked up my older macbook pro at home to my 52″ HD TV  screen to watch anything on my mac and the internet as well. This is very good when you’re in Tokyo because I get tired of 100% Japanese TVall the time. It’s nice to watch US and world TV/movies for a change.

そしてさらに家のMACを５２”HDテレビに繋げた為、パソコンの画面をテレビで見る事ができるんだ！５２”のパソコン画面はすごい…

Youtube,Veoh,とか自分の動画、写真も見れるから楽しい。これでアメリカの映画とかテレビも見れるからうれしい〜！

It’s also cool because I can use remote camera software to check up on Tintin when we are out of the house.

I know you are always jumping on the table Tintin!!
