The meeting of two worlds…
I recently went to Grill Suzunari to drink with D1 drivers Ueno and Yoshioka.
As you know, Grill Suzunari is Azusa (Ueno’s pro drifting wife’s) family restaurant.
They specialize in okonomiyaki, teppan yaki and all kinds of shochu.
先日D1プロドリフトドライバーの上野さんと吉岡さんと飲みに行ってきました！
場所はJDM INSIDERでも紹介した新橋にあるアリサさんの店グリル鈴なり！
いろいろな焼酎に拘っている店です！
We had great tasty dishes like this while we were pounding beers and shochu.
ビールと焼酎をがぶ飲みしながらおいしい一品が次々へと出て来た…
Teppan grilled butter and yuzu steak, chicken, and corn!
鉄板で焼いたステーキ、バターコーン、鶏とゆずコショウ。最高！

Meet the next generation of Pro driver. Already a champion RC car driver, when asked, Adoru’s dream is to become a D1 driver! That’s dope.
アドル君は今ラジコンで運転の才能を発揮してて将来はD1ドライバーになりたいんだって！オヤジがあんな感じだからすごい！今後に期待だ！！
Adoru even drew this picture of me! It’s gonna be worth some money when he turns pro so I’ll just keep this safe for now…
そしてなんと、アドル君が俺の似顔絵を書いてくれた！マジ嬉しい〜（笑）
いつか彼がプロになったらお金になるんだろうね（笑）大事にしよう〜

After that, we headed to Hiroo to meet up with Shikachan, Erika and Bon.
Japanese pro drifters meet Japanese pro entertainment people!
The conversation was crazy because we had people from 2 completely different worlds at one table with lots of alcohol.
その後はいつもの広尾のバーへ。しかちゃん、エリカとボンちゃんと待ち合わせ！
ここで全く違う世界の人達がご対面！プロの芸能ピープルとプロのドライバー。
普段は全く接点のない人達の集まりだったから楽しかった！

It was dope to catch up with Yoshioka too. I haven’t partied with him since the BBQ at my house in LA!
吉岡さんとも久々に話せてよかった！最後にあったのはLA…俺の家でBBQパーティーだった。
